Need to know how to edit your Google reviews? We got it with pictures!
Sometimes a customer needs to go in and change what they’ve put in a review. I had a client who got a 1 star review from the sweetest most appreciative grandma. The text she wrote was wonderfully complimentary. We advised them to call the reviewer- turned out she thought that ‘1’ was like “#1, the best”.
It’s always best to communicate. Even if it’s a bad review, when customers feel heard and cared for they will often go in and change their bad reviews. These are the instructions you send to them in that case.
Please note: businesses can’t change reviews written about them – only consumers who have written reviews can edit them.
